HistoryTablet is a simple timeline creator. You can create a timeline with simple entry of Events, People and Periods.
HistoryTablet is simple timeline creator. All it needs to start the new Tablet is to enter as little as Lincoln 1809 - 1965. You can just put year or full birth date. HistoryTablet will draw as you enter. And you can always go back and add more details like synopsis or small square photo of the person. Even a link to wiki page or YouTube video about the person. HistoryTablet is simple.
All tweaks are done on Preference page which can be accessed by clicking on HistoryTablet icon. In preference page, you can create a new Tablet or open existing Tablet. Each database is stored in iCloud > HistoryTablet folder. Each folder contains 3 files. You can copy and send to friend to share the timeline.
If you study history, you will realize the power of a simple timeline. Just by having set of events and people on a timeline format you can create a targeted story and intuitively learn things. For example, did you know Bill Clinton, George W Bush and Donald Trump were born just few weeks apart? They are same age. These type of intuitive information comes naturally without trying to memorize.
