Modern Mac are now iOS compatible. It can run iOS application directly without emulation.
That means you can run HistoryTablet on Mac. HistoryTablet is not supported on MacOS yet but that doesn't mean you can't run it on Mac. Benefit of running HistoryTablet on Mac is clear with screen real estate. You can have dual 4k monitor with HistoryTablet spanning two 4k monitor. It displays 250 years of history in front of you. It almost is all of American History.
Being able to create a HistoryTablet for US History and being able to see the whole of history is eye opening. When you see in bird's eye point of view things become more clear. Hopefully it will allow us to see into the future.

HistoryTablet is a simple timeline creator. You can create a timeline with simple entry of Events, People and Periods.
HistoryTablet is simple timeline creator. All it needs to start the new Tablet is to enter as little as Lincoln 1809 - 1965. You can just put year or full birth date. HistoryTablet will draw as you enter. And you can always go back and add more details like synopsis or small square photo of the person. Even a link to wiki page or YouTube video about the person. HistoryTablet is simple.
All tweaks are done on Preference page which can be accessed by clicking on HistoryTablet icon. In preference page, you can create a new Tablet or open existing Tablet. Each database is stored in iCloud > HistoryTablet folder. Each folder contains 3 files. You can copy and send to friend to share the timeline.
If you study history, you will realize the power of a simple timeline. Just by having set of events and people on a timeline format you can create a targeted story and intuitively learn things. For example, did you know Bill Clinton, George W Bush and Donald Trump were born just few weeks apart? They are same age. These type of intuitive information comes naturally without trying to memorize.

iCloud Sync
iCloud is used strictly for person use. Text based database is located in phone's iCloud folder. User can share their own data with others by simple copying the folder database is in. HistoryTablet does not collect or use user's database.
Data Collected
HistoryTablet does not collect any data on HistoryTablet app. We do not track users or track applications in any ways.

HistoryTablet does not have set limit. But increase in number of entry will slow down some older iPhones.
Current Recommended Specification for limitation is as follow.
Events : 100
People : 100
Period : 1(with multiple periods inside a single period)
Time Span : 1000 Years
Time Span causes most strain on the device. With the latest phone almost 4000 year span on a single tablet was tested. It worked but performance was not desirable. Human history that we can document spans about 6000-7000 years and a single tablet can not capture the whole period with current engine.
On iPhone 12 Pro Max
600 events were used on 2200 year span without problem.
